HOW TO TAKE YOUR PULSE

Hi students!

Let´s learn how to measure your heart rate.

1. Watch the video
2. Get your timer ready(or ask someone to time you)
3. Find your heart beats, in your wrist or neck, using only 2 fingers: index and middle finger
4. Count how many times your heart beats in 1 minute(or 30 seconds and then multiply it by 2)
